Coordinated Campaign Manager

The Coordinated Campaign Manager (CCM) is the senior staff leader of HCDP's 2026 coordinated campaign, accountable for delivering the full program that elects Democrats up and down the ballot in Harris County this November. The coordinated campaign is a multi-program operation spanning constituency organizing, voter registration, voter education and engagement, ballot chase, and GOTV, executed by a field team, headquarters staff, candidate partners, and outside consultants. The CCM is the person responsible for making sure every moving part of that program is designed, resourced, calendared, and delivered. The CCM reports directly to the County Chair.

Field Organizer

HCDP is hiring six Field Organizers to power the 2026 coordinated campaign. Each Field Organizer owns a defined turf within Harris County and is responsible for everything that moves voters in that turf: recruiting and leading volunteers, executing the voter contact program, registering voters, building community relationships, and turning out neighbors to vote. Field Organizers report to the Organizing Director and are the face of the Democratic Party in their neighborhoods.

Fundraising Consultant

The consultant will lead external fundraising for the coordinated campaign across six workstreams, working in partnership with the HCDP Finance Director, who separately manages candidate coordinated asks, the Chair's call time program, and event execution, including execution of the fundraising events described below. Fundraising execution begins immediately upon engagement; planning and fundraising run concurrently.
